Estimated Shipping Dates
We do our best to accurately estimate when items will ship from our facilities. Estimated shipping dates are based on several factors, including your destination address and how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment. Our estimated shipping dates are always a range of dates. It's entirely possible for an item that hasn't shipped by the beginning of the date range to still arrive within our stated delivery estimate.

Caring and Storing your order until the big day
You will receive your order in secure packaging. Due to the fragile nature of all bridal accessories, please keep the item protected.
Veils will arrive in a protective plastic covering on a hanger that has a loop to hang right from the hanger with your gown. Please make sure you do not zip your veil in any zipper! If your veil needs to be pressed, DO NOT iron; STEAM only!
Wedding Jewels, Headpieces, and Garters will arrive in a protective box.
Defective Items
An item that is found to be defective will be replaced with an identical item provided we are notified of the problem within 7 days of the shipment arrival. After 7 days, the item cannot be returned and we will not replace it.
Return Policy (7 day limit)
Once you receive your order you have 7 days to look it over and decide if you wish to keep it. All returns must be postmarked within 7 days of the date you received the delivery. This does not mean that it has to reach us within 7 days; it just needs to be postmarked within that time frame. Items returned to us with a postmark later than 7 days after delivery to you, will not be accepted for refund. Please open your shipment immediately! We cannot accept a return after 7 days.

We pack your items securely before shipping to you, please do the same to us. We must receive your return in the original, new condition. We suggest you insure them for loss or damage by the carrier as we cannot give you a refund if it arrives damaged in any way.

All wedding jewels, garters, and headpieces must be returned in the original packaging, and must be in the same new condition.

Upon our receipt of a returned item meeting the above criteria, we will issue a credit in the original form of payment (via credit card, check, money order, etc)
Exchanges (10 day limit)
Meghan Lawlor Collections is happy to exchange any item that is unsatisfactory.
We understand that it can be difficult to visualize how your custom item is going to look when you create it. In order to keep our prices low, we must maintain our exchange policy as follows:
Our custom products may be returned for exchange only. Meghan Lawlor Collections will work hard to supply you with the bridal accessory you have been dreaming of!
Our exchange and warranty period is 10 Days. Once the order has been received, you have 10 days until it must be postmarked for return. It does not need to be back to us in 10 days, just postmarked.
If your wedding date is in less than 10 days from when you receive your order, the return MUST be postmarked 2 days prior to your wedding date.
If you need to exchange your item for another due to color or length, it must be done within the same 10-day period as stated above. A $5.00 fee will be added if the item has to be shipped back to you.
If you have a change in plans, your dress comes in an incompatible color or you have found something else, the 10-day policy still applies no matter the reason.
Item(s) returned must be received in their original, new condition.
Our items are delicate and can be easily damaged by repeated handling, therefore our product warranty does NOT exceed 10 days. We will gladly replace any item that is defective, but we MUST be notified within the 10 days. After the 10th day we will no longer be responsible for defects found. Please inspect your items carefully upon receipt.
Shipping Refusal
If you refuse a shipment for any reason, the order will be treated as a regular return (meaning the shipping charges are non-refundable). Please do not refuse a shipment if the box has been damaged. The merchandise inside is carefully packed and is insured for damage. Please contact us immediately for assistance.
